Why did SE nerf/change crafting gear?

With the update, like everyone, I begin gather material to remade my crafting gear, however, I ran into problem, that I didn't expect. As most people know, Velveteen Doublet vest is one of the most popular main crafting body piece beside dedore as it got good stat and good for all crafting class. When I crafted the new version, ut seems different.

That's right, the nn color version is good for MELEE. Crp, Bsm, Arm, min, btn, and fsh. Whatever happen to weaver, alchemist, and cook? Should we REALLY have different piece of armor for different craft... seriously?

Second, remove of crafting skill, fine... but don't you dare put it on item that are for crafting leve damn it. They remove the skill but they didn't remember to remove the setting from item itself....
