The argument against i150s is that they're expensive and have been out a while. SE could put out another set next week & make these obsolete. And at some point they probably will (These are grey. The i110s were green. Crafters need a "chase" item.)
In the case of vitality, 19 really is not that huge if that's what you re talking about
