    Well, good thing the entire inspiration for my character came while reading preview info on FFXIV while listening to this remix of a couple of songs from Touhou Project, and just a bit of the "Pirates of the Caribbean" theme.

    It's about the siren-like ghost of a drowned seafarer being snatched away from vengefully wrecking ships by a seemingly holy entity who thought there was some good in her. Could work for a reformed pirate who sincerely believes to have been rescued from a storm by Llymlaen the Navigator personally, right? Bam, character.

    For as once to my sails, came salvation on her wings / Set a watch for the wings, for our savior now we sail!
