phial of fantasia issues

So last Wednesday I purchased a Phial of fantasia. Unfortunately when I logged out in order to make the changes to my character the selection in order to do so did not appear. I then proceeded to click the only check mark on the page and it give me an option to finalize and leave. So I clicked cancel in hopes of looking around the screen again for another option. Once again I did not find one, all I could do was click on the different race factions, but I was not able to go any further into editing them. So I decided to go back to the only check mark on the page. I clicked on the Au'ru female and then I clicked on the check mark and was given the same options as before. This time I clicked okay, and was brought right back to the main login screen and I had lost the phial. has anyone else had this issue?

Since Wednesday I have been bullied by the company and sent back and forth between the forum, Square-Enix account center, and contacting the GM's. No one can help, or seem to refuse to help me saying its "not there problem" or "they can not help what so ever".

I have received a message from the GM's saying, and I quote " As we are unable to verify any loss of this item, we will not be able to process a restoration of The Phile in question. if you feel that you have encountered an error in - game, we apopogize for any interruption to your game play this might have caused. To ensure that this matter is addressed in an accurate, timely manner, please submit a Bug Report by creating a post on our official forums".

The thing is, that the people at Square- Enix had noted that I had recently bought the vile and used it already. Surely someone in game must be able to tell that NO CHANGES WERE MADE to my character after use.

This is just upsetting and confusing. I have been made to feel that the company just does not care in regards to my game play and any issues that have came from the bugg. I feel like I have been used as a door mat by the company. Its hurtful and shameful. I feel like nothing I have done, even by taking the means of the correct steps to solve this problem will lead to fixing the issue at hand. So I am taking a final step in making a post on the forum, not sure how this will help, but whatever, its what I am being asked to do. Hopefully someone can help in the replacement of my phial....

Similar thing happened to me. I've posted twice on the bug forum now about it. I highly recommend editing your post to follow the templates found here or it will simply be moved to the insufficient info section. This happened to me and it took them almost 2 weeks just to move it there. Now waiting again to hear back. Hopefully they will get to helping us.

yes I just read your post a few min ago! So I have to make a post in a specific "outline?" yay -.-

and I thought the 2 hrs I have spent typing in anger had finished....joy. lol
