Housing enthusiast doesn't have my items.

I was kicked from my FC by mistake and my FC room in the estate got destroyed. When I talk to the housing enthusiast she casually tells me to talk to her if my room got destroyed but doesn't give me my items.

If they were furniture/items that are bound to the room upon use then they are destroyed upon losing the room. An example would be light fittings.
