Effort stickers for all! (Even if the problem was likely a lack of effort!)

Get real.
If a person is having trouble healing a dungeon and they don't have a real life disability or bad internet, then they aren't trying and really should gitgud. (aka the single most douchedly thing you can say while playing FF14 only used by trash people not worth knowing.)

Level-relevant gear is plentiful and cheap, thanks to quests. The difficulty curve for dungeons from start to endgame is extremely gentle. (If not practically flat)
I think you're forgetting a few things, so let me remind you. For starters, having slightly more health and pulling twice as many mobs doesn't really correlate. I know you think you have a winner winner chicken dinner of logic here, but you don't. I know that when I personally go into a new at level dungeon, I pull each group at a time, to see if they have anything interesting. I don't yoloswag420blazeit into everything between start to boss. Why don't I do this? To learn what's what. So, that's how things went in at level gear.

Increasing your HP pool by 15% and the incoming damage you take by up to 200% yeah. Seems legit. STR LOGIC RAWR LOL!

Some people have bad internet. Some people have short attention spans. Some will under-perform. Guess what your options are?

1: yoloswag420blazeit (douche)
2: leave (douche)
3: replace them because they are bad (douche)
4: Work with them to achieve a resolution and clear the instance.

I can see how options 1-3 are real tempting for people like you. But maybe every once in a while try taking the road less traveled. I hear people get better when they see the hashtag gitgud. Must be why you use it. If you want to be assholes, go be asshole tanks in your own DF. I will go be awesome in mine and actually be beneficial to any poor healers I find, rather than just someone who is too good to stop being bad long enough to..... you guessed it. Gitgud. God seriously it's just the douchiest thing to say or type. Like ever.
