Then maybe you need to work on your healing, bud. If it's harder to heal someone who has a greater HP buffer, then something's off. Look at yourself first.

Looked at your lodestone. You are not a healer. You are a summoner which is arguably top dps job atm...
My question is HOW are you running out of MP....
Poor little OP having to be in a dungeon for more than 15 minutes...good lord![]()

well good luck trying to heal them while they get dmg increase debuffs and other sort of debuffs or when they cant hold aggro and other dps getting hit !!! or worst the healer getting interrupted mid healing :^D

Strength.. decreases aggro..? Vitality makes you avoid AOEs? Is this FFXIV or are we talking about a different game?
No. I think you kind of shoved this part into my post. Since I said nothing that said or suggested that.Did you really just make a post about how healers have no other contribution to a raid other than healing and while not healing are simply "sitting on their butts"?
Also, it is distinctly part of a healers job to learn to assess and predict incoming damage and react accordingly and discover as soon as possible what a tank's threshold is, so saying tanks have different thresholds and that that somehow excuses healers from playing their jobs intelligently is an argument based on the assumption that healers you run with are bad.
Tanks do have different health thresholds, you can ignore that fact completely or accept it. Its the truth.
So, he let you almost die and wasted his Aetherflow stacks.*cough* Yeah... I was like that in the beginning, too. But I have a healer in my FC who... likes to test people. He very much lives after the device, "You're not alive unless you're almost dying." I don't think I can count any more the number of times I've been down at less than 500 HP before he pulls me back. And not with Benediction either, since he's a scholar xD
I think I know why tanks need the extra HP. Trolls! =3

That's not wasting Aetherflow stacks. Using Aetherflow when you have stacks so they just get written over with new stacks is wasting them. Using Aetherflow stacks for Lustrate is most definitely not a waste. Besides, we have Emergency Tactics + Adloquium now too.
Player
I'll do what you want as soon as dps stop letting limit breaks sit un used for entire dungeons, dodge telegraphed attacks and not run 2 steps ahead pulling first.

If bosses are taking "forever" to die, you might want to talk to the damage dealers first. >.>
As for stance usage, VIT accessories + DPS stance is often going to be more DPS than STR accessories + tank stance, since tank stances impose a flat 20% reduction of damage, which tends to result in more lost damage than is gained by the addition of STR accessories. WARs are in a better place in this regard since they have Unchained and Inner Beast, which ignore the tank damage penalty (but they're also able to swap in and out more easily than DRK and PLD can).
That being said, if your tank is in full VIT, that means you have more globals with which to do damage as healer before you need to heal them, so it shouldn't result in significantly longer kill times if you're doing DPS as much as you expect them to.
While I do agree that the current expert meta does not require vit accessories, and I do use str accessories myself, but we are talking maybe an extra 5 minutes per run. You sir, OP, have #nochill for making a "suggestion" thread telling others how to play.
