Most mechanics in dungeons are rather transparent to figure out on the fly. If you lack confidence in your own ability to do this, there is a wiki for you to prepare yourself. It is not the groups job to educate you. It is a situation you choose for yourself. I am not saying you must research to do dungeons. I am simply saying not to expect others to do the research for you if you are not skilled enough to react to the common mechanics on your own without a walkthrough.
Whatever. It isn't even about that, and FYI I always look up guides. I just been power running so many dungeons to unlock 50 roulette that I knew there was a doom mechanic in this fight, but forgot how to clear it. But I couldn't ask could I? Or in your own words I should just pick up on it because it's so transparent. Don't tell me anything about a lack of confidence.

This was more about how there are ready checks, countdowns, and first time announcements made to the group, and it pisses me off when people don't use them. Not just when it happens to me, but anyone. That this culture is always in such an effin rush that taking a few seconds just to make sure everyone was on the same page is unorthodox. And I really don't want to hear about the kagillion times veterans have ran them. It's not an excuse, and doesn't make it ok. Like I said before, if those three seconds were made to make sure I know how to clear doom was made from the getgo, the wipe never would have happened, and we would have been out of there much sooner.
