Sometimes when I am lazy and just dont want do any effort, I queue leveling roulette as a scholar and let Eos heal, while my character is following one of the players (most of the time a ranged or caster). I go AFK and come back with the dungeon cleared and nobody has died.

I mentioned that before in lower DF and you're not kidding! I did it the first time just to see if it was possible and it certainly is.
