This happens to me about 30% when someone dies, and I want to rez them:

*presses Swiftcast, targets dead player, immediately followed by Resurrection macro (yes, I put pseudo-queuing in it)*
It's not over yet, [name]! {Ressurrection} <se.6>
*<insert any skill with cast time here that's not Ressurrection>, goes off instantly*
...
