If a player rolls and take loot I need for a class they don't even have unlocked/ past 50 yet, there's a 90% chance I will abandon the dungeon. That increases to 98% if the group is silent/ slow/ bad players.

This confuses me. If they don't have the class unlocked they can't "need" roll it. And for greed rolling, in DF, everything is fair. Sure you can politely ask if people can pass some loot to you but unless you run in a class that needs the piece of gear (in which case you can "need" it) you have just as much right to it as everyone else.
What personally annoys me are people who "need" roll gear that's clearly inferior to what they currently have.
If you say 'pls' because it's shorter than 'please', I say 'no' because it's shorter than 'yes'.

Honestly, at times I will roll need if I can't recall if I have better gear, especially at times like now where my SCH has the Eso gear, but WHM/AST have combinations of VA/Law/i185 stuff. Some of the new i195 stuff might be better and I can legitimately roll for it, but since I can't really check what my other two healers have on, I might have better, I might not. Granted, not all jobs have this issue, but it's still something to keep in mind.
Also, Glamour.

I know those points and I guess sometimes it's reasonable. Doesn't make it any less annoying though. It's not like it affects to my healing in any ways.Honestly, at times I will roll need if I can't recall if I have better gear, especially at times like now where my SCH has the Eso gear, but WHM/AST have combinations of VA/Law/i185 stuff.
