My static calls this the pity regen.

Can confirm. My static calls it more like "the Regen of Shame". I even have a macro for it.

Just so EVERYONE knows when your Regen for being a derp is active (*do not use in normal dungeons unless you want to be kicked). If I ever use this during raid, everyone starts laughing and makes fun of whoever for taking extra damage.
