Colored gear with specific classes.

It was a stupid thing to do as well as lazy! All purpose dye should be just that, every color should be applicable to all items. We have gone from an item having 3-5 color variants to having most of the new items having 2 and 3 at the very most.

Explain how its lazy, you obviously don't realise the amount of extra work they had to put in to make different colours equal different stats, level restrictions and class restrictions.

I really can't see them reversing this choice, if Yoshi wanted our opinion prior to making the change he would have made a poll and asked us.

Lets not forget they aren't finished with the recipe changes so for all we know there could a lot more colour options planned for each type of armour.

For example most gear types have 3 colour choices (including the undyed) 4 at best and there are up to 9 dyes they can use, which would/could give a maximum of 10 colour choices per armour type.

Also, where is the pink all-purpose dye?

Oh really was I !!, seem Yoshi just said he wants 24 to 32 colours in the game by the time he is finished reworking the dye system. (told you the recipe changes were far from over)

Good for you, but it doesn't change the fact you contributed nothing to this discussion but spite and defeatism. If you'd had what I gathered was your way and nobody had bothered speaking up on the subject, we'd never have gotten the explanation out of Yoshida-san that you're trying to use as justification.

Anyway I'm going to add you to my ignore list. I've seen nothing much worth reading in your posts so far, and being as you just seem generally distasteful anyhow.. meh. The foul language (asterisks or no) only makes me feel all the more comfortable doing so.

You aren't Yoshi so know one gives a F*** about your personal speculation on future feature implementation by the Dev team. People in this thread were reacting to the current state of the dye-system and rightly so. We got an official response from Yoshi and there was language in it making apology and admitting mistakes were made in releasing it as it exists. So all the people who have expressed their displeasure have been justified.

I just simply had the common sense to wait and see what the dev team had planned.

Nope it wasn't my posts but this thread was linked in the JP thread so the thread as a whole did contribute to getting a response from Yoshi. The forums are for discussion and feedback. People have the right to voice their concerns when a patch is released and aspects of it dissatisfy the player-base.
