I believe someone translated some JP posts that were pretty upset with this system. If you haven't notice, and i can't imagine how, JP pop culture is heavily focused on individuality.

Hopefully we'll get some translated links to what the other forums are saying. I'd be interested in hearing what everyone else has suggested so far too.
