Colored gear with specific classes.

Seems that some people actually like the colors affecting stats.... Do they realize it hurts a lot of roleplayers and uniqueness? People are going to go for the same gear again.

It's not just roleplayers though, it's anyone who has color preferences of any kind. I mean forcing mages into one color, DDs into another and tanks into yet another is just stupid. There's no reason for delegating a role to a color.
