VR on FFXIV?

Yeah. It bugs me that what we're calling "VR" right now is really just two screens plastered against your face with some head tilting gyroscope controls thrown in.

The problem we were having was people were feeling dizzy or sick after wearing it for more than 5 minutes

There are a couple of groups working hard at solving simulator sickness.

Yoshida explained, in order to obtain this they had to downgrade the graphics quite a bit, but he admitted its a unique experience Square Enix should let players try out.

That's an issue with the Morpheus and play stations problem. That's gonna be what happens with every game not just this one

I have asked for oculus support a few times on these forums. I still hope for it. Though I keep seeing this everywhere were people only picture VR and oculus being played in a first person mode. It doesn't have to be, it can be a exacty as it is viewed now but in 3d and with a much wider field of view. You would feel as if your in the game looking at your character.
