Main weapon disappeared

I logged in tonight and changed to my BLM equipment set. When I changed it said my antiquated lunaris rod wasn't there. I checked all my inventories and it was indeed gone. I worked hard to get that weapon and it has just disappeared. I'd really like it returned to me if possible, any help is appreciated.

Have you done a full inventory search by going to the vendor in Idyllshire and doing the "right click > search" trick? Also check to make sure you haven't accidentally equipped it to a retainer.

Yeah I've done the search. it isn't on my retainers or in any of my character or retainer inventories. It has just vanished from existence.

Try to contact a GM in game to see if they can find out what happened. They have a one-off restore option but use it with care if offered because they will never allow you to do it again & a future loss may be more valuable!

I submitted a gm call through the support tab and got a generic response telling me to post here. Feels like I'm getting a run around. Is there a way to contact a GM directly?

I'm not sure. I know a lot of people do get to speak to a GM live in game but I never have. I was hoping that they'd contact you due to your support call. =(
