    Ninja Starting quest

    I am currently a lvl. 34 rogue with a lvl.16 Pugilist. When i go to Jake he doesn't have the starting quest "Peasants by day, Ninjas by night". I keep asking around and people say that it is in Wineport but when i go there, there are no quests.

    You need to complete all your rogue quests first. If Jacke doesn't have any quests for you, you most likely forgot to do the second level 15 quest, which starts in Aleport.
