I don't want to wear tights!

Hey devs. The recent changes to crafting brought some much-needed overhauls that I absolutely adore. However, mages became locked out of a lot of gear they could use before while Disciples of War became able to use a lot more gear. Now all our high-level favored leg gear are some variation of tights and our only high-level shoes are Pattens, and even those become Crafter-only once they are died.

Can a guy get his Kecks and Mocassins back?

I know 90% of the population is catgirls, but I don't want my character to look like a woman from the waist down. When I wear a bliaud, that changes to me looking like a woman from the neck down.

At the very least please implement more male-friendly mage clothes

What's wrong with tights? They seemed fine on guys the last time I saw them in-game. Besides, if you're a caster, aren't they probably covered by your robe anyway?

I think you're SOL for a while dude. Consider wearing the dated gear until you get gear you enjoy.

I just want more variety is all. The shoes thing is especially kind of weird since there's only the undyed pattens. Dated can't get materia attached, either!

Have you considered Gaskins? They give +MP and the dyed ones give +PIE.

I'll try those out once some come up in the wards that aren't overpriced.
