What is that they're wearing, and is it available in game?

If you are talking about the really cool Green gear he is wearing it is crafted gear...you can buy it on the market board or craft it yourself if you have a crafter that good. it is iLv70 I think...check out the boards.

Holy balls, it's craftable? I've always wanted to wear it...time to level a weaver/whoever makes it. I know I didn't start the thread, but thanks so much.

Jacke wears a cheating version of the Divine Hero chest...only equipable by bards THOUGH I think the new level 52 or 54 leveling gear looks just like it and can be dyed..
V'kebbe and Perimu are wearing the Arachne set.. ilvl 110 and craftable (also a version is available to mnk as well). It was a high level craft before HW so it still may be a bit pricey, good luck

I tried on a boatload of stuff on market board and couldn't find a match.

Maybe because I wasn't looking on certain classes. I'll figure it out.

Just looked, the copycat gear is the Holy Rainbow shirts, equipable at lvl 52. It's the same model but each class/job has a different color to it... it'll also affect how it's dyed so beware of that too.
