Why keep DF off of new content?

Let me dive into this more.

Ive been in a party where mostly the tank dies and accuses DPS then ends up kicking one of them but then I rejoin another party and win.

I don't like to join PF party's because of this factor, you have a guy who makes the PF its never his fault if they lose its always someone else and who ever he chooses regardless if they are good or not or lacking gets the kick and why would I want someone to control that even if I make a PF which I have no desire to do because of that I am locked out.

I don't want to join one either because of my reasons, like I said its always someone else fault never their own, I have been in a party where the guy kicks the person then we still lose and then he points a finger at another then we vote dismiss because its plain as day.

Why I don't like PF I stick to duty finder, even if we get someone who leaves least he ain't controlling the whole thing.
