Why keep DF off of new content?

Where do people get the idea that any DF party is made up of the worst players in the game, while a PF group of randoms (same as DF) is any better? It took me forever to find a group that could get past Bismarck EX on PF, not because of DPS checks, but because people couldn't even stand in the middle when told to in the showers phase... Eventually did beat it with a good group, and went on to beat RavEX easily enough.

But anyway, my point is awful players exist on both sides. EX primals should be on DF from the get go, it's really hard forming a party very early in the morning. As for Savage, why not? It's not going to hurt anyone, and almost every PF group I've seen says "First Jump EXP", so it's not like I can join any party to practice, and I'm definitely not the best leader, I get so shakey even as a DPS attempting new content, let alone leading the group.

Because their data center is terrible maybe
I clear stuff in DF all the time.
I even got most of my coil clears from DF. Those Js be cray cray lols

Only did it once outside of my first time through DF I think, and it was fine. I'm getting the idea from the forums that NA servers are filled with both awful, and toxic players. Never had an issue on Tonberry DF, and the Japanese always seem to use happy emotions, so I'm assuming they're nice for the most part... unless they're like "You're awful, git gud! (*^▽^*)", and they play the game just fine.
