I can't use DirectX11

I use windows 7. In these case need to download windows media playera and windows media player códec update??

It may be worth a try because I know that 8, 8.1 & 10 all need the codec update so maybe you do too! I can't do harm.

If you have not fully installed DirectX too that should be done. The links are here:
