You may try resetting your settings in the launcher. I haven't checked but it should be an option.

Before that, you may want try to set the game to dx9. Assuming you can log on, remove fps capping and try again with dx11. For me it was the opposite, at certain resolutions, dx9 would crash at 30 fps cap.
