The production value in FCoB was ahead even ordinary Coil standards.

Probably a mistranslation, because there are definitely groups who have entered A4S between July 7 and Aug 21 (i.e. yesterday)

If you look at the big zero on floor 4 of savage it is CLEARED only. Of course there have been people who have entered floor 4 of savage.

While it's not very difficult (story mode) I'd say it sits above LotA/ST/WoD, but below extreme primals.

Using WoD as the baseline, you'd often have half the alliance being essentially useless and still be able to clear it. You can't have the same amount of useless players in any of the alexander floors and still clear it (exceptions might exist, but this is in general), making Alexander harder by default.
