    CRASH

    game crashed when i mouse-over or keyboard-over my lominsan bhuj??????

    Steps:
    1. i went over lominsan bhuj with my arrow keys in my retainer and my game crashed
    2. i went over lominsan bhuj in my bazaar management screen with my mouse, but grazed taurus staff and it crashed again
    3. i FOUND OUT it is not Lominsan Bhuj but in fact the item before it on my list , Taurus Staff that is making me crash..., the description/menu does not even have a chance to pop up and FFXIV crashed and get shutdown

I have made sure to submit all of your information to the development team, and they will make sure to thoroughly investigate this matter, based on your report. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that a direct response will be posted on this thread, but I do recommend checking here or here for any details regarding the development team's investigation.
