OMG I can steal mobs and have them stolen from me.. WTF?!

I just got a mob stolen from me from 100% claimed. to not being mine anymore..
Farming amalja mats for the Ifrit fight and I just got one taken right from me..
You guys messed up so bad on this. You need to fix it now..
I can steal mobs from people like nothing.
I can redirect hate from a claimed mob to make it chase after me and I can run it away from the party who claimed it..
You could not of messed this up worse on the claiming system.
Now we get to see if I can do this to people when they fight NM's/HNM's.. Likely I bet..

Really? I thought I kind of summed it up there. I've been filling out forms for RMA on broken motherboards, I'm really not in the mood to fill out forms.. Pretty sure how I stated it made sense.. I can steal hate and steal mobs..

Allow me to summarize this in my own way since I'm pretty pissed off too.

Fight a mob -> Claim is yours
Guy 2 walks up and uses taunt -> Runs off
Mob follows Guy 2 -> Mob returns to territory (ALL CLAIM OFF NO ENMITY. SLATE CLEANED)
Guy 2 -> Some action against mob ASAP
Guy 2 -> complete 100% claim over mob.
