    Bad cooldown (reset) times on skills !

    Timers on bar and on description of skills are different, when skill on bar refreshes it can not be used. Quite major bug, sorry if I missed thread with this already !

    This has been in the game since... Probably forever. Sometimes the timer on bar is 5 seconds shorter than it should be. And I bet it has been reported for a long time...

    Yea but it is worse now. before patch it use to be like 2 seconds or less, now my recast timers are up to 5 seconds off.

    Usually logging out and back in fixes this for me. Or it might have been a reboot...
