"For all five of you who actually enjoyed Final Fantasy II"
I dunno, FF II isn't bad, it just didn't grow up on nostalgia because it was like ff4 except not, it had a pretty ambitious system for it's time which I don't think people give it enough credit for. You know what, I think I'm gonna play through it again. I think the coolest thing about FF II was how you could actually go to the enemy castle at the start of the game, but you'd get your ass kicked cause they were just to strong, it did give an open world vibe in that sense, and the leveling system did provide a rather creative way to build character based on the actions they used. In a way FF II sort of branched off into the Saga series and how they did their ability/skill system, not so much with the learning but with not having levels as much as gaining attributes based on what you used in combat.
