[dev1149] Please bring back the queuing of actions!

I remember several posts like this. People making these complaints seem to believe "Readying" an action was adding a delay, when in fact it was reducing delay by triggering the action as soon as possible.
These are the same people who spam keys expecting abilities to go off in rapid succession because that's how they pushed the button, then complain that the interface is "unresponsive."
But of course, that's how the "standard" MMO plays (barring the 1.5 sec UI cooldown).
