Returning players not able to enjoy Heavensward rewards due to housing full - Behemot

So our FC returned with the Realm Reborn rework and heavensward only to find some aspects of the expansion will be not experienced by our FC due to dev's not taking the time to implement more housing lots ie: FC Airship. It requires the FC to have a FC estate which is impossible to attain on Behemoth due to inactive players still owning plots and the amount of FC's that own not just the FC house but also individual houses in same ward a oversight to say to least considering smaller games like LOTR have constant ward spawns when lots become full with their own housing instances. Any plan to actually expand housing wards so ALL players are able to experience all the content added to Heavensward or is it a case we have to try to find a low pop server (good luck ) to be able to experience the full content given in Heavensward?

What prevents you from joining a FC with a house?

I want to do things that require me to do other things in the game I'm not happy with such as the story line into Heavensward, yet I won't get to be catered despite paying for Heavensward.

Simply, because of the difference in time zones we preferring running as a FC and not constantly pugging. Housing was a sheer oversight with the devs to begin with in that the housing should've been instanced servers themselves to begin with instead you have RMT'ers and extremely big FC's buying up wards. Beside the Fc plot individual housing should be locked to one per account so many of us who started with ARR have a chance to purchase as well not to mention one of their bragging rights with the latest expac was the FC Airship yet not everyone can experience that content due to issues with the current design of their housing plots.

The only feasible measure is to start demolishing abandoned houses from accounts no longer paying subscription after say 3 months, them expanding the wards would add a ton of server backend. WildStar for instance is one of the games that tried the hundreds of instances etc for housing and the maintenance of the game has actually caused them to start cost cutting measures in their company. Arche Age for instance has a taxation system but that wouldn't be proper since the houses never cost upkeep before...

Simply if they haven't subbed for X amount of time, or even just accessed their house for X amount of time, give them an e-mail with a timeframe to do so or the house is demolished and goods sent to calamity salvager.

That's the downside to playing on popular servers. Lots of empty plots on Goblin.

you can run with an LS and not do PUGs. that doesn't stop you from joining and FC with a house.

that's not really out until 3.1. Airship Ventures are not that much different from Retainer Ventures and really only one or two people in an FC should really be handling it or it gets messy, kind of like gardening.
