I'm working on my second one, I believe I have 3 dungeons left. I thought they were at least 60% drop rate now though I've been getting the last three from 1 runs, but I really think they need to have it at least 60% now. It's mostly glamour items by this point and getting the HQ items to finish the quest... I need to have level 60 to make those HQ more easily as I rather not waste rare resources only to make a NQ one. Really need to make the requirements a little easier on them, aren't those items only useful for the Zodiac Quests?

Why do people assume that a let's say 30% chance drop means that the percentage will settle on their own terms. Percents are percents, they just don't tell you when they will stabilize.
