Astro op??? no....really not

Vlady is someone who didn't think astro needed buffs. It's best to not try to understand him.

vlady is a moron who understands nothing about his class. He has t not cleared savage and has always been saying they were "ok" you can NOT be in end game content and make statements based on something you have no clue about. That being said he loves the job as do I. My opinion is astro is most fun and flexible. Scholar can dps and if you play one expect people to expect you to do as such. Whitemage has best aoe heals and burst healing and go to solo heals for farm content.
Just wanna say that just because AST has cards doesn't mean you should not cleric. Every healer should be clericing when they can, especially in ex roulette.
And honestly, Gravity is so damn pretty, why wouldn't you want to throw a couple out? I relish every chance I get to use it on trash.

SCH is really good, but it's going to require more effort to learn to play well. It's less forgiving than AST/WHM. If you're just looking to switch for a bit, AST is a good call.

I'd say that the opposite is true: SCH is very forgiving to pick up and run with, albeit with a lot of potential at the skill ceiling.
WHM and AST have a more straightforward healing style without pet management, but it's the pet that can help carry mediocre SCHs where WHMs and ASTs on a similar skill level might fail.

Hm....My main ist AST...and I think I will never change that! I agree with that AST or WHM have to heal everything on their own, while SCH has its fairy to rely on!I'd say that the opposite is true: SCH is very forgiving to pick up and run with, albeit with a lot of potential at the skill ceiling.

But I really don't like the thought of which healer is harder to play....or the "best"
maybe for casual playing....
but if you want to bring your class to the max. then there is noone "easygoing"
every class has its 'trickyness'.....
and SCHs have definitely a very very tricky class to play! I'm very good in playing AST! This is absolutely my Favorite, I understand just everything about this class and feel like I might play it to its max!!!
And although AST has a "SCH-stance" SCH is so much different to play! (as WHM does with Diurnal)
So I lift my hat for every Scholar that plays his class perfectly! And so do I for Whitemages!!!! So many Players think that, just when I play the AST perfectly, I should play SCH/WHM as well as I play my AST....but that's just NOT TRUE!!!
WHM and SCH is so different to play! Or would you recommend that a WHM/SCH might play AST exactly the same in its stance???? I don't think so ^^
Because its NOT the same!!!!
I have leveled my AST to 60 during the weekend. And now my Whitemage is 55 and my Scholar 56.
For me personally I prefer the AST. I love the mix of heals and cards. Also the option to choose between Diurnal and Nocturnal is very neat. But that's just me
I like the other healing jobs as well. Although I do find that healing while also managing my Fairy as Scholar to be quite taxing. And yeah Whitemage so far is just straightforward big heals
All of the jobs can get the job done. So play around with all of them to see which one ends up being your favorite.![]()

Lol so in your opinion, having pet on auto is considered playing well?I'd say that the opposite is true: SCH is very forgiving to pick up and run with, albeit with a lot of potential at the skill ceiling.
