    Apkallu Down post-1.19?

    Since there are now lower-rank Snurbles to get Snurble Tufts from, I have been hoping there are lower-rank Apkallu to get Apkallu Down from, but I haven't found any thus far. Has anyone else stumbled across many Apkallu? I'm eager to make a Woolen Beret.
