Hopefully it will be adjusted based on current economy (Price being raised).
Don't want it to be the same price as when personal housing was released.
Otherwise all plot sizes will be taken on all wards 30 mins after new wards patch is live.

you realize players have WAYYYY more gil now. Back when the first housing was launched 10mil was alot of gil now and days thats change. but they cant change the rates cuz that be messed up. idk how i feel either way lol

If you read my thread you will realize that I noticed how much gil players/FCs has,
They said they will price housing based on economy back in the days but it was only classified as legacy and non-legacy servers.
Thank you whoever used my RaF code & if you need anything PM me here or /tell in-game.

I think the OP is in favor of prices being raised, not lowered...
I'd approve of this for smalls, since I think 5 mil is easy to get for even the most casual of players, but I'd prefer if at least L house prices were left alone. 80 mil is still a pretty big chunk of change, even considering HW's economy.

Yes, price raising based on current economy,I think the OP is in favor of prices being raised, not lowered...

Even L house prices need to be raised, 80 milion gil is easy to get on endgame crafters.

Doesn't make much sense to change the price of S and M houses only to keep the larger ones the same price, they're meant to be for very rich players or for multiple FC members to chip in and buy one.I think the OP is in favor of prices being raised, not lowered...

Heaven forfend a poor like me what scraped together 80 million gil between me and my BF buy an L house because someone on the forums arbitrarily decided they're only meant for certain subsets of people.
Heaven forbid a very casual player scraped together 5 mil after saving from their daily roulettes and the like, and now they can't buy it because someone on the forums arbitrarily decided they're too cheap for rich crafters. It goes both ways.![]()
Keep prices as they are, they're fine across the board. When inflation gets WoW levels of bad, they we can talk about raising 'em.

Large house availability is extremely limited to 3 houses per ward and it is called a damned Mansion so yeah it should be only for very special people who worked over making their gil.
