    I've seen some interesting things on Balmung, most of them good.

    I've seen running around on Balmung server:
    Lord Haurchefaunt
    Impresario Halloween
    Godbert Manderville

    All looked exactly like the NPCs and were accurately dressed. Impresario tries to give you cookies if you talk to or emote him, and I always spray him with champagne bottles whenever he runs by.

    I'm going to have to keep my eyes out for the Heavensward now.
