LFM for Alexander Savage Static!

We are looking for members for our raid group. Here are the details:

-Looking for 1 BRD/MCH. We would prefer a BRD, but we’re open to the alternatives. We are open to SUM/NIN too!

-We will be raiding on Friday and Saturday, 8-11 PM (EST). You are expected to be able to raid at these times and not be late! If you miss a day, you will be given a strike. 3 strikes and you’ll be subbed out for the rest of the month. If this happens for 2 months, we will consider replacing on you on a permanent basis. The ONLY exception(s) to avoid a strike is if you have a family/medical/work emergency that could not be foreseen.

-No raid experience necessary! We can also help you learn and play the game to the best of our ability, but there are certain base requirements necessary for Alex Savage, and some willingness/desire for self-improvement is a must!

-You must have a minimum of a Hive Weapon (Esoterics preferred)! If you don’t have either, we can try to work something out to help you get your Hive Weapon, and it would serve as a good test to see how you work within our group. We will do trial runs of other content to test you in various ways, but the most important thing to us is to see how you work within our group!

-Voice chat is required! We use Discord to talk, and while you aren’t required to participate in conversations, being able to hear raid calls is pretty important. PLEASE DON'T IGNORE THIS PART OF THE POST!

-We will NOT require anyone to get crafted/melded gear in order to progress. This means however, that it may take us longer to clear A3S and A4S as a result, and you have to be understanding of that!

-Our goal is to simply beat Alexander Savage (and probably whatever EX Primals are released during this time) while the content is still “relevant” (i.e. before nerfs/echo/etc.). We are a more casual based progression group, but we are looking for the following traits in our raid members:

1) The willingness to improve and accept constructive criticism!
2) The willingness to research the fight and/or your job.
3) The ability to work productively in a team environment.
4) PATIENCE.

TOXIC ATTITUDES/PERSONALITIES WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! You will be immediately removed without question if it’s perceived that you have one.
