Only a couple of the points (usually 4-5, depends on the zone) will be active at any one time. You cant really pre-map a path to follow, just go there, see what points are up, and make your optimal path from that. Just remember that the points are going to move around when they become exhausted, so be prepare to scout a new path every once in a while. I used to rely on yellow gremlin before, but they've really fallen out of it lately. The other fansites are so outdated it's barely worth mentioning.
