I still can't post on threads, it's been YEARS

I have played since launch and in that time I have only posted a couple of time because every other time I try to post I get a message that I do not have permission to post.

I am logged in, twice actually because once only redirects me to a page saying I am logged out, second time I can find the actual post, but still not be able to post.

When it first happened I called support and they told me it was a known problem and that I should be able to access the forums "soon".

It's nearly two years later and I still can't post in threads, I still have to log in twice, this is ridiculous imo.

Why is this happening and why isn't it fixed? I know I can't be the only one being excluded from participation in the forums, or if I am I'd like it fixed asap.

This is the thread I can't post in, but there have been many others, I just gave up and stopped trying but I'd really like it fixed.

You can't post in that thread because it's been moved to Insufficient Information.

In the Bug Report forum, any thread not in the "In-game Bugs" subforum CANNOT be posted on. Once it moves to resolved, Insufficient, accepted, etc, it's read only

The threads should be locked then with no reply button on them, would make things more clear.

Threads like that get moved to insufficient information because they aren't following the guidelines for bug reports, which is all detailed in the sticky welcoming people to the bug reporting section. The template is also in that sticky for users to copy/paste and fill in the proper information:
