Arcanist's Aetherflow and level sync.

Since ACN branches off to healer and DPS, and the issue persists on both, I'm just posting this here.

Currently, the way level sync works, it removes all Aetherflow stacks when activated, regardless of how many the synced level would allow. Furthermore, if Aetherflow is still on cooldown when the level sync is activated, the cooldown timer isn't reset, so we can't even immediately get back what we lost.

This seems very half-baked and not really thought out; I fail to see what could possibly justify this mechanic, yet it's (apparently) been so for ever. Since so many spells depend on Aetherflow, it would be absolutely awesome to only have the stack removed that isn't yet "gained" at the synced level - and/or to have the Aetherflow counter reset when we do the level syncing. Because this is seriously gimping our abilities, mostly in FATEs.

There probably are other such effects on other classes/jobs, feel free to add those here if you wish; since I'm maining SMN, this is the most painful for me. (And if it was already brought up and discussed/exaplained, I'm sorry, I missed it.)

Basically every stance gets removed the moment you level sync.

Isn't it a 60second recast? So you only need to wait a Max of 60seconds (more likely less) to recast...

Try joining a FATE train in N Than and you'll see how much time 60s is... :/
