    yeah, the equip before quest is done seems buggy. Try to unequip the abilithy, change job and back, and reequip. Worked better for me after that (not much though, procs about 33% now)

    Yea I think logging out with it unequipped then logging back in and equipping it really increases the proc rate. It is goin off a lot for me here at Dragonhead mining now.
