Trials of Days Past - A linkshell for running old content

Before I bore you with the fluff I've written down, let me summarize briefly what I made this linkshell for.

Essentially, what I wish to create is a community for people that want to run older content in conditions that would be similar to the state of the game when these older dungeons and trials were relevant and not just content to run through to get to end game.

My goal of running through these dungeons as they were when they were considered endgame means that they will be ran with gear sync enabled, maybe even minimum ilvl for those seeking an even greater challenge. I know some of you might be wondering why anyone would want that, and I can think of a few good reasons.

Personally, as a returning player, I wish to run the content I missed out on as if I didn't miss out on them. Multiple times, I've tried running primals without gear sync, with players geared enough to clear the content with just one or two people. And in each one of those times, it felt like I was being carried through, that it wouldn't have made a difference if I kept on playing or intentionally ate an AoE and laid on the ground until they've completed the duty. I've had many fun times running the content available to me back when I last played, and I'm hoping to make many more fond memories on the content I've yet to do, and I'm convinced that the best way to do that is to play through them with the appropriate item level they were calibrated for. And yes, there is duty finder for these, but those often take a long time to get started, and it isn't uncommon for people to leave after only a few wipes.

So if you're a new/returning player that share my sentiments, a player that didn't get to experience certain dungeons when they came out and wish to test their mettle against the Alexander Savages of the past, an older player that wishes to relive the thrills and frustrations of days gone by, or just someone who wants to take a break from the current endgame and run older content for fun, send me (Lily Celestine) a /tell in game or better yet, leave your name on this thread and show other potential recruits that they're not the only ones interested in this type of thing!
