    Part of your problem may be that you're shouting in Gridania. It tends to be the most empty of all 3 cities. If you're looking for people, I'd suggest that you make your way to Uldah. That tends to be where most people have congregated.

    I agree with the OP. Solo play is incredibly boring..I haven't been in a party or spoken to anyone on here for longer than 3 minutes in almost 9 months.
