Upon logging in my character immediately has the disconnecting icon next to her name. The Internet connection is excellent, so that's not the problem this has been happening to my other character in the world ifrit since 08/17/2015 21:00 in the middle of the quest "the threat of perplexity" in ul'dah. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and done a world transfer, none of which fixed the problem, GM and support center directed me here.
