Newish Ninja looking for some answers

Hi I have some questions about my numbers as a ninja, since some ppl I play with have told me I am 200ish lower then where I need to be.

My group makeup is PLD, DRK, MNK, BLM (SUM - SA2), MCN, NIN, SCH, WHM.

All the, lets call it "Intense Conversations" have been around SA1, and how my dps is low. Now mind you all the parses have been set to reset after 30s so jumps from the Oppressor are included but here is the past few parses.

So my question I guess stems to if my numbers are low with having to keep up DE rather then using AE.
