I realized that it's actually a NECESSARY evil for healing buffs to not work on abilities. Why? Because healing buffs hold no influence on abilities, neither do healing debuffs! Hello Ramuh EX.
Allot of SCH were nervous about the change to Lustrate from 25% to 600 potency. This change was overall better for Pld/drk (~5%less on War) and always better for all tanks when it crits.

Allot has a whole different meaning from "a lot".
Also Lustrate heals 25% less on WAR, not 5%. Lustrae is better when it crits than it used to, true. But regardless, all healing abilities, crit or otherwise, are worse when used on a WAR than the other tanks.

Which they should really fix. DPS oGCDs get the benefits of Blood for Blood and the others, so it's pretty silly that healer oGCDs don't benefit from their potency buffs.

I know exactly *why* it happens, it's just kind of stupid that it works that way. Self-healing buffs (like Divine Seal, etc.) don't generally boost them either, which leads to wonky stuff like Dissipation boosting healing, giving you 3 Aetherflow stacks, and not actually increasing the Lustrates you get from those stacks.
I think the only thing this would achieve is even longer queue times, due to even less tanks in the game.

Just make Lustrate and Tetragrammaton percentage based (again) and make Cleric Stance F them up.
Cleric Stance: Swaps your whatever and changes the damage/healing potencies by who cares. Also reduces the effectiveness of Lustrate, Tetragrammaton, and Essential Dignity by 90% because GET OUT OF CLERIC STANCE AND HEAL ME.

I'm not going to deny that PLD has the lowest threat generation, but: threat isn't an issue unless both players ignore the provoke.
Provoke puts you 1 enmity above the current #1 on the target's aggro chart.
What this means is you need to follow up with an aggro generating move immediately.
For every tank class, this means at range you use your ranged aggro grab and in melee you use your aggro combo's 3rd attack uncombo'd.
tl;dr git gud
