About "The Rising" event FATE...

Will likely be gone for a few days due to work so I'll likely only be able to join the event near the tail end before Sept 7. So... is this FATE soloable? I'm assuming I may have to do it alone when most people would have done it already.

Also does the FATE constantly spawn in both areas or is there a timer like other special FATEs?

Wandering Minstrel does a lot of the work in this fate, it should be soloable. Kind of burns me though that an NPC is using level 40-something skills while everyone else is scaled to level 14.

but it really isn't any harder than your average central/ western thanalan low level fate.

The entire event takes like 10minutes to finish from start. Sadly I see no option for the "Huzzah" emote as I missed it last time. Ah well though, guess there gonna toss that in the Mogshop to.
