Bug in Chrysalis where you are able to survive after meteors have wiped the party

Steps: During the battle with Nabriales after he transported our entire party to the other dimension he used meteors. Due to the fact that one of the other dps had accidently used the LB beforehand, we were unable to defeat the Aetherial tear add. However once we wiped, some people removed themselves from the duty. However I and a few player remained behind because I thought we could attempt it again. However before we returned a new player was able to join the party even though we had all wiped. He was a healer and was able to raise us while there was no attacks from the boss after the meteors. We managed to dps the add down and then the boss.
I was wondering if there would be any negative consequences for this, such as the fact that I entered the fight as part of the random trial roulette and having the tomestones of poetics and exp removed?

from reading it. it does not sound like a bug/glitch. as people who join in progress actually can join in the middle of the fight. you do not have to be at the beginning for them to come in. i have showed up a few times in titan in mid battle and died the second i showed up as i was in a landslide when i spawned in the fight.

the healer joined at the right time. just does not show on your screens just yet. the server had already registered that a healer joined before everyone actually wiped is what i am guessing.

hmmm but doesn't it count as a bug because it allowed the healer to raise people without being attacked?

it depends on the situation details. like afterwards was the healer taking damage? when you enter in progress you have a few seconds of no damage taken.

so if the healer did take damage during the rest of the phase. then it is working as intended. if not and they were always invincible when they got everyone up. then i'll go with you on the bug side?

Well the healer took no damage at all while raising everyone which took like 30-45 secs maybe. But that's because after the meteor, I think there was no scripted attacks. I think the battle was scripted that it assumed everyone would be wiped. But after the aetherial tear was dps downed, we got returned to the Chrysalis and yeah the battle resumed as normal and the healer would have taken damage if the tank wasn't tanking.

ya. the no damage portion when entering would not have been that long at all. the raise lock does not last as long as that for no damage.

It's possible that when he spawned in, since everyone was dead, he was off the aggro table so the boss couldn't attack him.
