Restarting again to enjoy HW story again.

I myself enjoyed the HW story alot more then the ARR but then again ARR was a Swiftcast raise on very limited mana but HW had plenty of MP \o.

I'm considering of going to another server and starting this game again so I can experience the story line again as I really enjoyed it so much. you know when watch a movie and you loved it so much you want to re-watch it? I'm thinking of doing that as I really did enjoy HW. Who else felt like this?

I've done that with past games. Go back through as a different class and see how it is. I thought the story was good too, but when I think about going back to play it again. Its like "aww this is time I could be farming tomes for that better gear", or leveling my crafters or gatherers that have been sitting at 50 base gear since I reached 50 on them. Then never go back and do it.

I'm power leveling my alt right now (gotta get those swimsuits...) and I'm skipping most of the story this time (mostly because...gotta get those swimsuts >.>) BUT I did start in Limsa with my alt and experienced that story completely. Also once I'm done with the power leveling I'll probably slow down and smell the roses. Especially after the base storyline, that's when I really started to enjoy the plot.

I've actually been tempted to do this too, especially since my main is a male character and I would love to have a female alt (because females have such cute outfits!). The only thing stopping me is I can't decide which class to play as lol. I already main my favorite class - dragoon - on my main characters, and I don't want to level a lancer again on my alt XD

Ditto! but then I think about my now main and feel bad about ditching her . and then decide against it. I saw some scenes from the beginning in Gridania and saw moogles and swooned. Uldah was so plain in comparison to Gridania start...its magical......shit I think Im convincing myself to start over again lol

90/100hrs, is just teleporting and running this way and that, back and forth, up and down, in and out...then you do that 100 times more, then you're somewhere at lv 30 quests.

Agreed. Vanilla ARR was dire until the post-release patches started, and didn't really get going until near the end. Heavensward is such a massive breath of fresh air in comparison.

I got the urge to do that once. Made an Au Ra, spent my time on it ... even picked a class that starts on a different city just to get to new stuff.
