I did not see hints for Samurais... Did I miss something? I only saw Red Mage and Blue Mage hints, minions and some equips/glamour/furnitures.

Think about it and you will realize you don't really want blue mage to come to XIV. They will butcher it even more so than they will red mage.
Remember the interesting thing about blue mage was the ability to select from a wide array of abilities depending on the group? Noep you will have the same # of abilities as every other class because they consider raw ability # to = something essential to class balance
Remember the drive to collect all the monster abilities and get cool new ones? Well I hope you like that to be done by a NPC telling you every 5 levels about a powerful beast threatening X that you must stop and after you return from your victory over the fearsome monster said NPC remarking something like "Oh and I see you acquired new skills while fighting the beast!"
Really.... RDM and BLU will be so disappointing with how they limit the classes in XIV... RDM will lost most of its kit and BLU will have none of the things that made it unique.
Newer players to MMO games will likely draw from their experiences playing FPS games, GTA, Dragon Age, Skyrim, etc.. and they will evaluate a MMO based on that criteria. But other online games (and offline RPGs) are designed to be picked up, played for maybe 5 months and then abandoned for when the next big game comes along. A Veteran MMO gamer knows that the experience of the game is stretched out over years, and if crafted properly, it leaves players with some of the best gaming experiences to be found anywhere. This is the problem most content is solo and you get your group action from a cross-server queueing tool. This is not like older MMOs where servers developed real communities. It's more like MacDonald's Drive-Thru, where you queue up, do your run, then never meet those people again.
Who cares?
I'd rather have classic jobs molded to fit into XIV than things that have no basis in FF - like the 1.0 classes for the most part.
